I made this wire on a cordless drill till it was evenly and tightly twisted. You can make your own loops like I have (securing them shut with other wire pieces) or just insert jump rings between the layers. I like using wire as a frame as you sew the two halves together over the wire and the wire hides the crack that might show your cloth, it’s also just a nice finish.
